COVID-19 UPDATE

 As you’re considering planning a retreat with us, we understand how complicated that prospect has become.  

  • On one hand, there will be more need than ever for communities to get away together when social distancing restrictions are lifted.  

  • On the other hand, it's difficult if not impossible at the moment to know when restrictions will be lifted and when it will be safe to proceed with a retreat.  

Risk Free Booking.  We’ve created the current risk free booking policy to allow you to plan for the future.  

  • Deposits.  We will still ask for a deposit for your retreat with us so that we know the date you’d like is something you’re seriously considering. This is also your guarantee that we will not give your dates away to another group.  

  • Full refunds given until two weeks before.  Your deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel before the two week mark from your scheduled first day.  

  • Why the two week mark for a full refund? In order for us to be prepared for you we need put into place such things as food orders, staffing and sometimes facility preparation.  Simply on a food level we could be left with food that would need to be thrown out if cancelations come last minute.  

Preparing to Serve - What we are doing during this time.  

  • Taking the pandemic seriously and following the latest announcements from governmental and health officials while staying in conversation with community partners for how we can serve well.  

  • Reviewing the latest guidelines for sanitation as they come out so that we can provide the safest environment possible.  

  • Preparing to be ready to serve you as soon as we are able.  

Together.  We view those who book with us as partners that we have the privilege to serve as you pursue the important purposes for which your group exists.  As such we would love to be in conversation with you as you dream about the future in the midst of uncertainty in the present.
